Spoke with Bryan rentals. Was told they have 2 people start their day by cleaning up that dumpster area. They are well aware of the problem and also have to deal with illegal dumping. Informed them they could bring in any evidence of illegal dumping and I would issue citations to those businesses. She also mentioned she would love any feedback on how better to handle the dumpster situation going forward since they deal with it on a daily basis.
