Other: Sanitation Dept. employee has found more trash from BW3 in a city owned green barrell in the parking lot behind Dunkirk Square.

Received radio call from Pops at Sanitation that he had found another large trash bag filed with garbage from BW3. Upon my arrival we looked through some of the garbage in the bag. It was filled with cardboard serving containers which have BW3 printed all over them. We also found and I retreived what appears to be the cash register drawer total dated 1/13/98. Called BW3 at 4:30 spoke to "David" he said manager, Lucas Sexton was busy. Explained problem to him and asked that Sexton call me. Prepared and mailed Notice of Ordinance Violation for BW3. 1/26/1998 no more problems with BW3 trash.
