Parking Meters and Citations:

Web Form: I teach classes at the John Waldron Arts Center for Ivy Tech. Each class is approximately 3 hours long since it is a studio art class. My student said there is a 2 hour limit on the parking meters on Walnut street which means she needs to leave during class time to move her car to another meter. This has never been an issue before. Why is it now?

The meters on 100 S Walnut are enforced Mon thru Sat 8 am to 9 pm. A parker can pay for any amount of time they want, there are no limits such as 2 hours only. If you do see this message on a meter, call Parking at 812-349-3571 as soon as you can.
