Other: I'd like to issue a complaint regarding Constellation in the Waldron building constantly blocking off parking on 4th street outside of the building between College and Walnut streets. At this point, it's nearly 2-3 times a month which seems excessive. More recently, all three regular parking spaces will be blocked off but there is no event happening and I believe their employees are parking there. Someone should really check to see how many times they are blocking off parking here throughout the year because it doesn't seem like a business should be allowed to block public parking that often. Again, there isn't a special event happening, they just park there all day instead. It's really not okay.
