Web Form: 1115 S Walnut, Circle S and the corner of grimes and walnut. 7:30 am. Semi parked on the wrong side of the road on grimes. The truck is headed east, parked in west bound lane. The truck parks there to make a delivery rather than parking in the lot. Driver headed towards walnut have drive in eastbound lane to pass, blocking that lane. The truck is also blocking the city bus stop. I am sure that the truck is gone by the time this report is received, but the when I asked the manager about this since it is happening every Tuesday, he replied that is the way that company does it and people will just have to be patient. I disagree. This is not a beer truck on walnut where there are two other lanes to get around. This is a semi truck parked on the wrong side of a small road blocking traffic and a city bus stop even though there is ample space in the parking lot to do their job.
