Web Form: Status says case #168693 is closed yet this semi continues to block traffic by parking on the wrong side of the road as we as blocking city bus stop. Approximately 7:30 am Tuesdays. Very dangerous. Manager of stores does not understand why truck does not use lot as they used to do. I have lived on Lincoln and driven by this location for 6 years, this has just started in the last month or so.
