Vehicle towed from property by vehicle owner as of 9/3. Owner provided extra time due to living in nursing home and having to file with State for lost title so they could have the vehicle towed away for scrap instead of City towing vehicle and having to pay tow and impound fees.

Abandoned Vehicle Notice placed on vehicle's windshield. N1671 asked to attempt to make contact with the car owner to let them know of the complaint and ask them to have the vehicle removed within 20 days so it won't have to be towed as an abandoned vehicle.
