Web Form: This car has been parked in front of my house for over a month. It is leaking oil and has a flat tire and no residential permit. I called parking enforcement early in September after the car had been there over 2 weeks. I reported it via this website last Saturday. It now has 4 tickets on it but it's still there. How can I get it removed?
