Issued warning ticket, took photos. Did not appear "dangerous," and from alley in back there was a large brushpile. Mr Cagle (owner) has called and emailed and said he is working on property. Did DB today; yard trimmed, much better. Brush pile still there. Working w/legal & engineering to determine who is responsible for it (brushpile is in old alley that has grown over).
