I looked on customer's account and found their usage this last month was high, also noted there was a workorder from 11/6/19 where we went to verify the reading and "check for leak." The meter was running when we arrived, and we left a high consumption card at the residence. I called Lucas today to discuss these items. He had already called in and spoke to Missy in Cust Svc. I also informed him once he has fixed the leak, he may apply for an adjustment of the sewer portion of his bill, but he will have to pay for the water.
