Other: The three post lights in front of The Crest apartments on N. Walnut just north of W 11th St are out. Is this the property owner's responsibility. Duke Energy advised that they aren't responsible.

Yes Tom these lights are private and I have contacted them about the issue. The are having trouble getting a replacement bulb and all three are on the same feed.
