Other: There is a large pile of sand and gravel that has accumulated on the street in front of my home. During the recent storm the gravel covered the storm drain causing street flooding. I have cleared the drain, but the gravel and sand needs to be removed for road safety and to prevent further street flooding. Address is 610 W Ryan Rd. Bloomington IN
