Other: There has been water continuously seeping up from the ground (in about a 10 foot area) and has been spilling into the road over the past few weeks. The location is in the front yard of 610 W Ryan Rd along the curb. I have lived a few houses down for over two years and have never seen this area collect water for more than a day after rain/storms. I am unsure if its a break in a water main, but the water has been seeping out at a high enough rate that there is visible flow in the curb leading to the storm drain. The house is currently for sale, and I don't think anyone has been by to check on the property since the problem began.
