Well, Dave did say he talked to Lee about a new tree going in there. When there was a grate there the 36" minimum was met. Now that the grate is gone, it's no longer 36". Just wanted to let you know what I know. Thanks.

Hey Adam. Yeah, Dave W. said there would be a tree to replace it. But that was months ago and it's has lost a row of bricks now and has become much more dangerous. There were cones that I asked to be put on it, but those disappear a few weeks after. When there was a grate on it, it was more than 36" but no longer, besides being unsafe. Just hope the red flag I'm throwing up will help us avoid something going sideways.

I went and found the site that you have pictured here. This is a tree plot where the tree was removed, so the distance that you measured has not changed in recent years. I'm trying to find out if a replacement tree is going to be planted or not.
