Hi Marnina,
Could you find out if the solicitor is operating under our license program. If so, we need to address this concern with them. If not, we will need to address their non-compliance of our solicitor's license with the company.

Thank you for your report. The office of Economic & Sustainable Development authorizes solicitors within the city limits via a solicitor's license. We will investigate their compliance with that license, including mask-related violations, and address your concern directly with them.
