The homeowner has applied for a permit for their fence. They are working with a planner to get a compliant fence approved. We are not yet sure if the fence, as it has been built will be permitted. We will continue to work with the homeowner. If a compliant fence is not built, enforcement will ensue.

The structure being inquired about here appears to be a highly decorative fence. We are looking into setback and fence material to see if it is compliant.
