Other: I've reported this traffic signal problem before, it intermittently gives northbound Walnut a left turn arrow onto Hillside when there are no cars in the lane. Today, there were no cars at all going northbound and it still cycled a long 30second green left turn arrow with 10-12 cars waiting at the light going southbound.

No traffic light problems detected at 1424 S Walnut/ E Hillsdale. There is a bad loop at Grimes and Walnut that will be repaired but is weather dependent.
