Other: This traffic signal has been malfunctioning for over a year and repair is slated for this year, hopefully, but in the interim, could you adjust the timer on the malfunctioning left turn arrow for S. Walnut to Hillside to only stay green for 15 or fewer seconds rather than the full 30 seconds that everyone has to wait going northbound now. Add'l note that if a car is actually turning left onto Hillside, the light cycles much faster.
