Other: The recycling fellow looked in my container and evidentally, a single plastic bag was not recylable, so he hung that bag halfway out of the container and did not pick up any of the recycling. I'm sorry I made that mistake, but it would have been small effort to put the bag in the trash container that was right beside it or to leave the plastic and take the recycling. Really poor service.
