Water Utility Problems:

Other: My water bill is has been going up for the past couple of months and has now doubled. The people who run our townhouse and found no leaks on our side so I was wondering if the city could check for leaks on there end.

02/05 11:16am - Called the # on the account (812) 272-8194. No answer, left detailed V.M. requesting a call back. 02/08 8:04am - Haven't heard back from Mr. Cox, called # again. Mr. Cox answered, I requested to set up a good time and date to meet to CFL (check for leaks) on the new meter. He stated he is off on Monday's, I asked if 11am today (2/8) would be okay, he stated he's unable to meet today. We are off on Monday, 02/15 for President's Day, requested to meet on Monday, 02/22. He was fine with the date/time. I also reminded him that his meter is still showing hourly usage, so it will continue to calculate usage during this lengthy wait to meet, he said he was okay with that. Scheduled for Monday, 02/22 @ 11am, noted account and notified K.J. kct

Meter using 10 to 30 gal per hour. Most likely a toilet, we will send a service person out to check for any pit issues
