Other: Living at the Switchyard apartment. This was for the handicap. That is how the grant was started . To help house the handicap. We have all tenants being disabled. Due to move I g the homeless people closer to Switchyard apartment complex. We now have major problems extremely now ! I have had a man living in our stairwell for the last 2 weeks. Shooting up with a needle and is holding a knife! My husband john and I both have been seeing this and my neighbor Anna / Scott also her caregiver jaxx had a close encounter On the stair well . Are apartment complex needs the stairwell in closed and a key pad for access . Every time it rains fillls up with homeless 1:00 2:00 in the morning! Loud drunk and smoking everything!
