Utilities Construction:
Other: Our sewer line has been damaged due to a line that was ran through it recently. We are having sewer issues now and have had to dig up the damaged area to repair. The South Central Community Action Program owns the property and is a non profit organization. We are limited on resources and would like the contractor to pay for the damage please.
