Planning investigated this site and found outdoor storage violations. A NOV warning will be issued. The cars that are either parked on unimproved surfaces or appear to be inoperable were all found to be within the right-of-way. Reassigning the uReport to Parking Enforcement as Planning only has enforcement purview over vehicles on private property.

This case has been sent on to Planning. When Planning investigated, we did not see outdoor storage, but rather children's toys left out in the yard. However, it looks like some vehicles are parked on unimproved surfaces (grass) and that the driveway being used is fully in the public right-of-way (ROW). Parking Enforcement and Engineering have brought into this case to see if parking in the ROW here is prohibited as well as to determine if the fence or parking area constitute an encroachment into the ROW. Staff will keep this uReport updated.
