Other: The heavy rainfall today has resulted again in flash flooding our backyard. The beehive drain in the City's drainage easement within the Brigs Bend cul de sac in Hyde Park is deteriorating around and above the drain structure, with large sink holes with active water flowing in the ground. There is another sink hole developing to the east of the drain with active water flowing below ground. We believe the storm pipe(s) may be compromised in some way that causes flash flooding to occur, over-filling the north and east swales that subsequently fills our back and side yard with flood water within seconds. We have videos of the drain after the storm today showing water draining through these holes in the ground. We believe this is a dangerous situation, particularly with the transformer at the top of the drain open to the large sink hole. This is at 2737 E Brigs Bend and 2712 Olcott.
