Planning staff referred this case to Parking Enforcement for issues of parking on unimproved surface and any parking issues observed in the public right-of-way. Additionally, the presence of multiple vehicles is not sufficient for Planning to issue a Notice of Violation for a home-based business. Please let staff know if there is additional information on the home-based business front. Lastly, structures not built to code/built without permits may be reported to the Monroe County Building Department.
