Other: The traffic light at 7th and College isn’t giving westbound traffic the green arrow, and now that that intersection is “turn on green arrow only” cars are stacking up in the left turn lane with no chance to go. This evening I sat through 3 light cycles and never got the green arrow, despite the fact that there were 3-4 cars behind me. This is especially problematic at the moment because 7th is closed at Morton St, so 95% of westbound traffic on 7th needs to turn left onto College. Could this be fixed, and the resulting green arrow made long enough for 3-4 cars to get through before it turns red? Thanks!
