The issue is that it has always had a high volume of cars in it. City staff is going to look at updating language in City Code prohibiting parking in the lots after snow events until they have been adequately cleared. In the meantime we will be sending another crew in first thing tomorrow morning in the hopes of further clearing the lot when a lower volume of vehicles are present.
