Other: There has been a car parked here in the intersection, facing the wrong way, for nearly 3 months now. Intersection of Queens Way and Sussex. It looks like it's turned into a storage locker.

Today this vehicle was cited for parking in the wrong direction as well as issued an abandon vehicle warning citation advising the violator to contact our parking offices.
