Other: At approximately 7:50am 3/6/203 a B-ton transit bus driver, traveling SB through High St and Arden Dr intersection, failed to come to a complete stop. There were cars, pedestrians, cyclists in and around the intersection. Mostly, it's the elementary school kids on their way to school that are at greatest risk from poor driving habits.
