Other: I reported a road hole at the end of my driveway over a week ago but it still has not been filled. The ticket number for this was 179505 and was assigned to Dana Workman. I received an email indicating the problem had been resolved and was “closed.” It has not been resolved. The hole is getting bigger and creating a hazard that will cause damage to my tires.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 2 days have already passed.
Called Janet and informed her we put in cold patch. Hot patch plant is closed.
