Other: At Hillside and Henderson intersection, traffic that is eastbound on Hillside always gets the green left-turn arrow whether or not any cars are there. This frequently causes westbound Hillside traffic to need to wait unnecessarily for the arrow to cycle through. Thanks for anything you can do to fix!
