Other: While the abandoned home just north of my building has been boarded up by the property owner, the homeless are now entering the home by using the back porch stair/deck railing and hoisting themselves to the roof deck above and then entering through the sliding door there. I caught one popping their head up to see who pulled up yesterday morning, noticed that I saw him and then he ducked down below the windows. Windows are being covered up and doors are propped open on the front/back to allow a nice stream of air throughout to what seems to be the entire upstairs. The inability of the property owner to secure the ENTIRE home from entry by homeless is frustrating and should be taken seriously by the property owner because of the safety concerns that these instances create for myself, my family, my customers and many other citizens of Bloomington that are visiting Chocolate Moose, Bedrak and apartments near this location. Please advise on how this will be handled. Thank you.
