Other: The fence that was installed along the border of a vacated alley is excessively tall. Can someone come out to this location to assess the height of the fence and the shed that is even taller that was built right on the property line. This fence blocks light and is very tall from my side of the property. I have other photos of this fence from different angles, but can't upload them here due to the limit of one photo upload.
