Good morning,
The allowed impervious surface at this location is 40%. The property owner applied for a building permit for the improvements currently underway at 803 S. High St. When calculating impervious surface coverage of the existing structure and driveway, then adding in the improvements shown on the building permit, the property is still under the 40% allowable impervious surface area.
This report was filed anonymously, but if the uReporter would like to follow up with staff, please email me at cartere@bloomington.in.gov.
Thank you.
