Other: I am writing to report damage to our recycling cart that occurred during recycling collection this morning. We placed our recycling cart at the curb last night, and the cart and wheels were intact and in good condition. This morning, after our recycling had been collected, my husband went outside to bring the cart back to the house and found it lying on its side with one of the wheels completely broken off. Given that the cart was undamaged when we placed it at the curb and was found damaged immediately following collection, it appears the cart was damaged while being emptied or returned to the curb. We would like the damaged recycling cart repaired or replaced at no charge to us. We can provide photographs of the broken wheel and cart if needed. Please let me know what information you need from us and when we can expect the cart to be repaired or replaced.
