Other: Someone has scattered small, clear gelatinous balls on the ground on the rubber surface near Ford Street by the green curly slides. They may be completely benign—perhaps some type of Halloween candy? But they are unfamiliar to me and, unfortunately, very appealing to my 20 month old grandson. I tried to pick them up to throw them away, but there were too many, and they were spread over a large area. They are soft and squash when walked on.
