Other: Residents of Apt K6 in Meadow Park Apartments have 2 small dogs. In response to their barking they have been seen kicking at their cage and grabbing them hard enough to cause them to yelp painfully. I hate to think what happens behind closed doors. In addition, I think they force the dogs to use the bathroom in their cage, as multiple bags of dog poop have been piled outside their front door.
