These signs were placed on the sidewalk as stated. They are for the curb/sidewalk project downtown. I did find the contractor that will be using them and had them moved off of the sidewalk. The sidewalk is now clearly passable. Thank you.

Ryan from Duke Energy called and said that it is not any of their crews. Must be a projected that would need a permit. Sent to Engineering to see if they could contact contractor about this issue.
