Other: I am a resident here and they are building a new development, however there is no effort to keep run off from coming from the construction drive (our driveway is often covered in mud, gravel, and concrete run-off). It has gotten so out of control that there is literally a pile of concrete run-off on a sidewalk going down Allen St towards the neighboring apartment complex (Gardens Edge). They also have concrete run-off going into our yard space in the complex where many people take their dogs and children to enjoy the outdoors.
Staff conducted an inspection of the construction site on 7/5 and sent the report to the developer. A Notice of Violation will be issued today.
