Other: Construction continues without mind to the continued runoff of concrete and dirt. Runoff of concrete that is collected on the sidewalk running parallel to Allen St has not been properly disposed of. The silt fence was not installed in a way that stops runoff from occurring. Mud and other substances are being tracked onto the main driveway because the construction entrance is not being maintained.
