Thank you for communicating with the City of Bloomington regarding street lights along E Creeks Edge Dr. Your street and neighborhood is outside of the City of Bloomington Corporate boundaries; therefore, the Department of Public Works cannot install any street lights. The City's boundary line is S Sare Road.
