Other: See case #183515. The problem still exists. The vehicle is there now. Please ask parking officer to drive by periodically and see that this vehicle (which I am told does not have a permit and, as the Code reads, it does not meet the criteria to have one) is regularly parked on the street, blocking lines of sight for traffic, etc.
