Other: A very large tree fell along the back property line of 221 E 12th St striking a mature tree in the right of way where N Lincoln Street dead ends at the railroad tracks. This resulted in a pile of debris in the right of way, a large hanging limb causing some hazard and enough damage to the large tree and the right of way that it may fall causing more damage.
