I notified the customer by email and phone that the leak was on the property and that the landlord should be contacted for repair. No leak was found in the service line from the meter pit to the water main. Instructions were given on completing a request for a wastewater adjustment. The Web Information Manager emailed the customer after receiving documentation for the adjustment request to find the cause of the leak and the action taken for the repair, but did not receive a response.
