Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: In the middle of the intersection of 4th and College, there is a manhole cover. It is in the east bound lanes of 4th Street as they cross over College Avenue. On the south side of this manhole cover, there is a MASSIVE pot hole. If you are biking on 4th headed east, as so many people do, that pothole is just waiting to grab hold of your front tire, latch on to it, and spit you out head first over the handlebars, smacking into the pavement. Someone will go down. Just a matter of time. A scooter probably won't stand a chance either.
