A large pothole in the intersection of 4th and College on the south side of the manhole cover in the intersection presents a danger to cyclists on 4th Street. The ticket was closed yet the pothole still exists as of November 10, 2023. This needs to be addressed as it was not fixed and the ticket was closed without anyone verifying a resolution of the dangers.
