uReport

City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #186450

Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers):

Other: See case #186334. Has there been a coliform test done on the malodorous effluent that is seeping out of the SE corner of the yard at this rental address and covering the sidewalk making it impossible to avoid? Or is an obvious sewage leak that has been present for months not a concern of the City? We haven't had a cholera outbreak in awhile now - perhaps that is the goal (?)

This was investigated back during the original uReport. At the time we did not believe this was sewer and could be a sump pump from the basement of the house. I've created another service request (#1233) and requested our Environmental Department come out and investigate the issue as a possible illicit discharge.
