Other: Property owner dug a huge pit in the front yard and then just partially covered it with thin plywood leaving a portion of the pit exposed and a large, unsightly pile of dirt next to it. People or animals could easily fall into the pit and be trapped or hurt. Please ask owner to stop dragging down the neighborhood and finish any jobs he starts so that others are not put in danger.
