Other: Several neighbors, and myself, have been victims of actions done by the unhoused. Just last night (1-5-24), our car was broken into for the second time in less than a year. This time, we saw the person before anything was taken. This area needs help. While we are all understanding of the needs of the unhoused, we in this neighborhood, have a right to feel safe for our families. In less than a year, this area has had vehicle break ins, home invasions, confrontation about blocking front doors, and theft. Please help all Bloomington residents, not just the unhoused.
