Other: I would like to have a welfare check done on dogs/puppies in 3218 S. Walnut Springs Dr apartment. I can hear multiple puppies in a crate barking and trying to get out all day. I have never seen them actually take the puppies out. This has been going on for months but people were at least home/in and out. The past few days, as far as I am aware, people have not been at the apartment much. I am concerned about the state of the puppies and the potential that they have been abandoned in the apartment.
